Building Committee Meetings

The Building Committee is the Town’s public forum for steering the library project—reviewing scope, schedule, and budget; coordinating with the OPM and architect; and making recommendations that keep the work accountable and on track. Meetings are held under Massachusetts Open Meeting Law, so agendas and minutes are posted and the public can observe the decision-making in real time. When public comment is on the agenda, residents can share input that informs design and phasing. In short: this is where trade-offs are weighed, dollars are justified, and progress is measured—out in the open, for everyone to see.
